We’re extremely passionate about making your event unique to your personal style and vision. Throughout our design process we will work closely with you to truly understand your vision, helping to create a totally intentional custom design concept just for you!

Our services include event setup on event day, custom vision/mood board, warehouse meeting, tablescape mockup, venue walk through and assistance with your event layout.

Wedding & Event Styling $1,850

Gold Styling Package Accommodates 90-150 Guests

Our Wedding & Event Styling Service includes full set-up and styling of our décor & props on your event day. We will also create a personalized mood/vison board full of unique ideas and fully create your custom style and design concept. Did we mention we also include $150 to use towards our warehouse rentals! 

Includes:

  • 45min initial phone consultation to discuss your vision and style

  • 45min warehouse meeting to view and select inventory

  • Personalized vision/mood board

  • Up to 3.5hours of setup & styling on location on event day with 3-4 event stylist

  • One on location meeting to discuss layout and final details

  • Styling of guests tables, which includes tableware, centerpieces, votives, candles, favors, table numbers and assigned seating name tags (does not include placement of floral, unless we are providing the floral)

  • Styling of sign-in table, dessert table, and couples sweetheart table/head table

  • Styling of ceremony décor

  • $150 to use towards our warehouse rental décor! (excluding tables & chairs)

  • Unlimited correspondence via email, we are always here for you!

  • Recommendations to our preferred vendors that will compliment your specific style

Silver Styling Package Accommodates 60-90 Guests

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Unfortunately we are no longer available to only setup your décor. We want to ensure your event is all you have truly envisioned, therefore we are only offering full Style & Design of your event. We will work closely with you to create your very own custom design concept based on your unique style and vision.

  • Yes, after securing your date with our styling team, on event day, we are able to setup your personal/custom items such as your sign-in book, custom signage, couples photos, custom table numbers and favors.

  • No, rental items are NOT included in our Style & Design service. Although you will receive a credit towards rental décor. Our styling service is an additional service we offer separate from your rentals.

  • Our team is currently unable to accept new wedding floral jobs for 2024. With only a few taken on per year, our schedule is already full for the year 2024. Nevertheless, we can still offer you a solution! We can provide you with a list of outstanding florists in the area. Please contact us for a referral.

  • Our team is currently unable to accept new wedding floral jobs for 2024. With only a few taken on per year, our schedule is already full for the year 2024.   • No, our styling team will arrive to your event location 3-4 hours prior to start time to setup and style your event, but are not available to return at the end of the night to pack and bin décor, although some exceptions can be made. All items will need to be packed and placed in bins provided for easy pickup at the pre-arranged time. If items are not placed in bins an additional fee of $250 will automatically be charged to the card on file.

  • Please fill out our inquiry form and click submit. Once your inquiry form has been received, we will check our availability and to email you to setup our first consultation via phone. At this time, we will discuss your wedding details and answer any questions you might have.

    Once you are ready to lock down our services and secure your date an invoice will be sent to you via email. Your email will include our Style & Design Service Agreement which requires electronic signature along with a link for payment. Full payment is required to secure your date.
