Stipulations of Participation

Based on experience, there are a few stipulations we must insist upon to participate in this or any styled shoot. Please read over the list below, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask!
• This completed form must be filled out and submitted before the
agreement can be finalized.
• We are happy to offer the shoot coordinator 75% off regular rental rates! As a result, only a 25% fee of total rental value, with payment due in full at least 7-days prior to shoot date. This covers employee labor to prep our rentals. If any additional costs arise, or should the quantity of rentals require a larger delivery vehicle or extra staff, additional fees will apply.
• While we do prefer to deliver and handle our own rental inventory on set, Frenchy's Wedding & Event Rentals, in some circumstances, will allow a trusted vendor to pick up, set up, and return the rental items needed for the shoot. If granted permission, the vendor must prove all transportation will be within an secured/enclosed vehicle. Any damages or replacements needed because of this shoot and related transportation will be the sole responsibility of the shoot coordinator.
• In order to receive the styled shoot rental discount of 75%, we require detailed photographs of our rental inventory both with and without the models. For example, if the set includes a sofa, we need an image of the sofa with the models present, and
another of the piece in its entirety, with no models present. This is necessary for our own marketing purposes and nonnegotiable.
• It is imperative we receive detailed digital photographs of our inventory with and without the models no more than 30 days after the shoot so we may capitalize on the season and post them to our website as well as social media.
• For all remaining images, Frenchy's Wedding & Event Rentals must receive access to web and print ready files no later than 60 days after the shoot date. In the case of blog submissions, etc., we are happy to wait until publishing before sharing on our own social media pages.
• Frenchy's Wedding & Event Rentals takes proper crediting/tagging on all social media, blogs, websites, and other publications very seriously. We demand proper credit be given on ALL imagery featuring our inventory, products, and accessories - whether in print or online. Once we receive this completed agreement back from you, we will personally reach out to all participating vendors requesting their complete social media contact information. At this time, we will also supply the participating vendors with our own contact information so there are no excuses and/or misunderstandings later.
Everyone works hard and everyone gets credit; this is our mantra.
Exclusivity Agreement
As a final condition of our participation, we must be the only rental company featured in this particular shoot. By initialing below, you affirm no other rental furniture, décor, accessories, or dinnerware will be on scene at the styled shoot, featured in the photographs themselves, or present in any related published work.
